Tony's Truly-Good Tonic

This potent tonic I developed features a blend of some of nature’s most powerful bio-active ingredients: garlic, onions, lemon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, honey, and virgin coconut oil, and clove-cardamom tea. It aims to boost the immune system, serve as a natural antibiotic, improve gut and respiratory health, promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and combat pathogens.

In my own personal experience, having had 3 covid bouts that left me weak and sickly, this tonic has been instrumental in helping me ward off respiratory sickness and has helped me have more energy.

A caveat - the taste may be a bit too strong for some, and may cause digestive stress, if so you can take the tonic with meals.

Also, I DO NOT CLAIM ANY THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS for this tonic. I'm practically just giving this away to humanity, especially for those who are sick, and wants to try a natural alternative or support for expensive antibiotic treatment.

Here's the good stuff:

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 WHOLE bulbs Garlic

- 2 Red Onions

- 1 whole lemon

- 1 thumb ginger

- 3 turmeric fingers or 2 tbsp turmeric powder

- 1/2 tsp - black pepper

- 1/4 tsp - cayenne pepper

- 1/2 cup honey

- 1/2 cup virgin coco oil (100 to 125ml)

Put in glass jar or container, blend with immersion blender, keep in ref.

Dosage 1 "shot" - 1 to 2 Tablespoons - You can use the small cup that comes with kids' cough syrup.

- Very sick - Loading - Drink 1 shot every 2-3 hours, 3 to 4x, then once every 4 to 6 hours for 2 days, Maintenance: 1 to 3 shots per day

- Slight Fever and colds respiratory, cough - Loading 1 shot very 4 hours for 1 or 2 days until feeling better. Maintenance 1 to 3 shots per day.

After a shot, drink water as "chaser".
